Music Builds Tour Featuring Third Day, Switchfoot, and Jars of Clay
Tickets $35

SABC Medical Release and Transportation Release Forms
Each student is required to have an updated, notarized medical release form on file in the SABC Youth Ministry office in order to attend a offsite event. The medical release forms are vaild one year from the notarized date. This form can be downloaded and mailed to the SABC Youth Minstry office at the address below.
