TeamKID is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and grow in a relationship with Him. All parts of TeamKID—Bible stories, Scripture memory, life application, missions, and recreation—connect to teach life lessons to kids.

 

SABC Medical Release and Transportation Release Forms

Each student is required to have an updated, notarized medical release form on file in the SABC Children's Ministry office in order to attend a offsite event. The medical release forms are vaild one year from the notarized date. This form can be downloaded and mailed to the SABC Children's Minstry office at the address below.
